Shipping & Delivery
What are my shipping options?
We offer two great shipping methods to get your gear to you:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD): Fast delivery in 10-15 days after dispatch via DHL or FedEx with full tracking
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, delivered in 15-25 days after dispatch via EMS with basic tracking
Note: All orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping (slightly longer during peak seasons).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to surfers across five continents. Currently, we cannot ship to some remote areas in Asia. If you’re unsure about your location, just email us with your address and we’ll check for you!
How is my board packaged for shipping?
Every board is carefully packed in our specially designed protective packaging. Whether it’s a fragile skimboard or a sturdy SUP, we ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Our packaging includes:
- Custom-fit padding
- Reinforced corners
- Water-resistant materials
- Secure strapping
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We want you to be stoked with your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied:
- You have 15 days from receipt to initiate a return
- Boards must be in original, unused condition
- Original packaging must be intact
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
What if my board arrives damaged?
Oh no! We take great care in packaging, but sometimes shipping happens. If your board arrives damaged:
- Do not accept delivery if packaging shows visible damage
- Take photos of any damage to the packaging and product
