While we carefully inspect every board before shipping, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary. Here’s everything you need to know about our hassle-free returns process.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • SOFT BOARDS (due to their porous nature and potential for water absorption)
  • Any products that have been used in water or show signs of wear
  • Custom or special order items

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return shipping label (for defective/wrong items)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship to:

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received

Refund Timeline

While we process refunds quickly, please allow:

  • Credit card payments: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal payments: 3-5 business days

Damaged or Defective Items

If your board arrives damaged or defective:

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some remote areas in Asia):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
